Designed as part of a furniture project for The Living Pā, Te Hanga is a modular seating system that delves into traditional Māori narratives surrounding Ranginui and Papatūānuku.

Light and Atmosphere Iterative Development

The aim of this facade project is to create a simple but effective construction method, which could reduce time of production and installation on site. At the same time, it still can provide a complex form to draw attention.

"Commonplace?" materializes a desire that seeks to highlight the letter 'a'. As one of the vowels, 'a' is often forgotten in the conscious mind, much like the carpets underneath your feet.
