Seekingflora is a small, online dried flower business, shipping nationwide within New Zealand. The brand strongly focuses on providing quality, unique and sustainable floral designs, through ethical sourcing, processes, and packaging. This project involved designing a complete brand identity for Seekingflora (including a style guide) and the hero shot visually displays all of Seekingflora's collateral.

A construction drawing set for a tall apartment building located in New York. This project used steel as the structural system and focused on New Zealand construction methods, material limitations and architectural CAD drawing.

Constructional Drawings for New York Apartments

This project explore affects and ecologies in the urban realm. It asks how people use non-prescriptive urban spaces for actives that aren’t always provided for in cities. It proposes replacing a car parking lot with a flexible open space that provides an orientation point for an emerging urban neighbourhood. The intention is to keep and enhance (rather than displace) the aspects of the carpark that makes it an adaptable and valuable urban space. It supports the evolution of a unique community identity based on how locals use and socialise in the public space.

Urban Orientation: facilitating emerging inner-city neighbourhood identity + culture

This project looks at the ways settler-colonisation has shaped the exisiting suburban landscape of Titahi Bay, and the communities residing within it. It seeks to engage landscape-led ways of understanding place and reconnection within the rapidly changing context emerging from treaty-settlements and transfer to iwi ownership. This challenges the conventional capitalist (extractive) methods of site analysis, land ownership, and development practices that have disrupted and degraded the communities’ relationships with whenua.
